I'm really, really excited about this dress. It's something about the fit and detailing that reminds me of Beyonce a `la her I Am...promo tour. Maybe it's the neck section that sits under the bustier or the two front flap pockets and two concealed pockets that make it stand away from the hips that reminds me of Mrs. Carter.
