As much as you want to hate this guy, you can't help but love him. Lil Wayne has stepped to the fore-front as the hit maker. When you turn on the radio or TV you can't help but see or hear him. With his new-found, T-pain inspired sound and not so contemporary lyrics he's a force to reckoned with right now. With project such as The Carter III: Re-birth and T-Wayne with T-pain in the works I look forward to seeing what else Wayne has up his sleeve. With that said, Weezy is nominated for 12 Bet Hip Hop Awards. According to the Associate Press he took home Lyricist of the Year and MVP of the year. The awards were taped in Atlanta this past Saturday but, tune in tonight at 8pm to see what other awards Lil Wayne took home.
