Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter performed at the Last Chance For Change Rally on Sunday alongside Wyclef Jean. The rally allowed individuals who had not yet signed up to vote the opportunity do so while enjoying music. The rally was sponsored by Barck Obama's campaign and was free to any who attended. Keep up the good work Obama. Now we just have to get you in the White House!!
