According to TMZ, the 10,000-sq. ft. Georgia home of T-Boz (real name: Tionne Watkins) is set to go up for auction in January 2009, after she failed to make her mortgage payments.

Public records indicate the singer has defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage, which is reportedly near $530,000, and now the state has taken the home.

T-Boz is not the first of a long list of celebrities who have been unable to make their house payments.

Ed McMahon, hip-hop mogul Damon Dash, and “American Idol” winner Fantasia, are among other celebs who recently ost their homes to foreclosure.

Celebs we have to do better, If you know your coins are almost non-existant it's called a down-grade. It's better than looking a fool when TMZ reports you've foreclosed on your house.
