It's about that time again. Throwback Thursday! This week has been dedicated to girl groups. This group popped onto the scene back in 1996. Some of their hits include "Steelo", "Where My Girls At" and "Get It Together". I like 702 because the fact they were sexy but, classy at the same time. They showed young females that it was alright to be empowering but at the same time feminine. Damn how i miss the old days of good music! Any who, get into 702 "Get It Together"
R.I.P.Orish Grinstead of 702. If you didn't know she died of kidney failure and other complications on April 20, 2008. Big up to Orish because she was one of the founding members of 702. Orish is pictured in the photo below the entire group. Orish was the twin sister to Irish (top photo, far left)
