I want more men to think outside the box. You read fashion magazines that show you new styles in fashion but, you scared. You try to breeze past the runway shows on YouTube but, for some odd reason find yourself looking it up later when your friends are gone. My mission for you today is to color outside the lines, try something new. Be it a new color palette or style of shirt you've never worn but, have been wanting to try. This boot from Timbaland Boot Company takes me back to the beautiful days of Langston Hughes and W.E. Dubois. Fashion was timeless and men weren't scared to tip on the daily. Their swag was unlimited and it wasn't a day you didn't catch them dressed to the nines in their boots, three piece suits and vintage fedora hats.

Every one's favorite daughters, Sasha and Malia Obama started their first day of school this morning at Sidwell Friends, i see ou DC/Maryland. Daddy Barack helped the girls get ready for their first day of school, sharing words of encouragement and motivation for their first day at Sidwell. After all that the girls have been through with the campaign, school is probably going to be their safe haven. I'm happy for Sasha and Malia; with an education that costs over $60,000 they have to be getting one hell of an education. Welcome to the Saditty life: Barack Obama Style.

Life In The Fab Lane

St. Barts was the place to be this year. The A-list roster included The Carters, The Cannons, The Reids and Avid kilt wearer Marc Jacobs. Instead of partying packed boots style in Times Square, these stars boarded their top-flight jets and pumped to St. Barts. Just imagine; cocktails, conversation and cunts (Hence, the androgynous person in the bikini top near Marc Jacobs, No Shade though!)Nonetheless, I know they brought in 2009 the right way, Fuck living, I die!

Now, I'm off to see why my agent didn't tell me Jay called about the St. Barts trip.

Kimmy Says They Did Her No Justice

Lil Kim's upset over her portrayal in the new Notorious Movie, get into this tidbit from a interview she did with Hip Hop Weekly:

“I’ve had enough and I’m about to expose them both… I’ve been quiet for a long time,” Lil Kim told Hip-Hop Weekly. “I’m very disappointed in Faith. There’s nothing Faith or Ms. Wallace could do to stop me from reppin’ B.I.G. all day. I’m gonna always do that… It’s time for Ms. Wallace to be exposed.”

I'm an avid Lil' Kim fan and I look forward to seeing how she's portrayed in the movie, I just hope she doesn't do anything drastic to Faith or Mrs. Wallace. Hell it hasn't been that long since she got out of jail, Jail time part dos isn't a good look.

New Years Day Brunch

Some friends and I got together New Years Day to discuss the highlights of 2008, our new goals for 2009 and just bask in the glory of being successful and having the opportunity to live out our dreams everyday. The menu put together by my GG Kourtney consisted of pancakes, turkey bacon, fruit and yogurt and the best honey biscuits ever. It's nothing like starting off the year with successful, productive individuals. Let's tip our glass to a new year, new oppurtunities and a new start.
