My favorite fashion connoisseur, Marc Jacobs has found his new nest with partner, Lorenzo Martone in New York's elite "West Village." Word is that Jacobs signed a $13 million dollar contract securing a state of the art town home. The amenities of these homes include 4-6 bedrooms, all level elevators, square footage ranging from 3,8000 to 4,8000 and designer gardens accompanied by rooftop terraces. For the mega, price-tag of $13 million, I'd say Marc is getting alot for his buck; especially considering the cost of living in New York.
