What is Miss Ciara giving with this picture on the set of her new video Never Ever featuring Young Jeezy? I'm feeling the black, cropped jacket and fitted skinny jean but, what is that blond weave giving? I've noticed lately she's going back to the blond phase. I'm all about change but, the black definitely pops on Ciara opposite that late blond. There's only certain people who can do blond; I'm not going to call names, that's beneath me.
